The site describes Riviera, a holiday house at Victoria Parade, Nelson Bay NSW, and the surrounding area. Riviera is managed by Stay Port Stephens.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are made, confirmed and paid for through the Stay Port Stephens booking system. Their terms and conditions, including cancellation, check-in and house rules, apply to every booking. Nothing on this site forms a booking until Stay Port Stephens confirms it.

Rates, availability and information

Prices, minimum stays and calendar information on this site are a guide only. The live booking calendar is the only source of current availability and pricing. We take care to keep descriptions accurate, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current. Distances and travel times are approximate.

Enquiries

An email or phone enquiry is a request for information. It does not reserve the property. A booking is only made when it is completed and confirmed through Stay Port Stephens.

Third-party links

The site links to businesses and services we do not run, including restaurants, cafés, tour operators and maps. We are not responsible for their content, opening hours or services. Links are not endorsements.

Intellectual property

The photographs, text and design on this site belong to the property owner or are used with permission. You may view the site and share a link to it. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without written permission.
